Steve Schack

Founder/Director

Steve Schack is the Founder and Managing Director of Clear Blue Associates. He advises nonprofit executive and board leadership teams on strategy, organizational capacity, and leadership alignment, helping organizations strengthen the internal clarity and structure required for sustainable impact.

With more than two decades of experience in strategic advisory, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness, Steve has supported mission-driven organizations through periods of growth, transition, and strategic change. His work focuses on helping leadership teams move from planning to execution by strengthening governance, clarifying decision-making, and aligning leadership around shared priorities.

Prior to founding Clear Blue Associates, Steve held senior consulting and leadership roles with Ernst & Young and Capgemini, where he advised executive teams on transformation, performance improvement, and organizational strategy. He brings a pragmatic, structured approach to his work, combining strategic perspective with practical implementation experience.

Ann Quinn

Senior Associate

Ann Quinn is a Senior Associate bringing more than two decades of experience advising nonprofits, privately held companies, and family foundations navigating growth, strategy, and organizational change.

She works with executive and board leaders to clarify direction, strengthen capacity, and guide organizations through pivotal moments including leadership transitions, funding events, and strategic resets. 

A sought-after facilitator and speaker, Ann has led sessions on strategic planning, governance, and organizational design and has served as a guest instructor at MICA supporting entrepreneurial artists. She has been recognized by The Daily Record as a Top 100 Woman and inducted into its Circle of Excellence.

Bill Hyman

Senior Associate

Bill Hyman has more than 25 years of human resources and executive coaching experience. He has worked in multiple industries including non-profits.  For more than 18 years, Bill worked at Lockheed Martin in a wide variety of HR leadership roles including serving as the HR executive for the Chief Financial Officer at Corporate Headquarters in Bethesda, MD.  As the radio talk show host of “Let’s Talk Careers”, which aired in Philadelphia for more than 11 years, Bill interviewed hundreds of guests about workplace issues.

Bill is a certified coach by the International Coaching Federation. Bill holds a Master’s Degree in Higher Education from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Political Science from Muhlenberg College.
