Leadership

Leadership does not exist in a vacuum… it exists in the relationship between a leader and his/her colleagues. Effective leadership requires a number of pieces to be in place:

COMMITMENT: Always delivering on what has been agreed upon.

EXAMPLE: Modeling the behaviors that are required of one’s team, exhibiting levels of bravery, honesty, and humility that serve as touchstones to the organization.

INTENTIONALITY: Being driven by a deep conviction, and powerfully acting on it and communicating that to the organization.

SELF-AWARENESS: Identifying and leveraging strengths and taking decisive action to deliver results.
